What this program is
Jarvis is the personal AI chief-of-staff phone line for Michael DePappa, a sole proprietor in Tampa, FL. From +1 727-592-5622, Jarvis sends one-to-one, conversational texts on Michael's behalf only to people who have opted in, either by texting this line first or by ticking the optional consent box on the request form at https://jarvisdial.com: Michael's family, friends, and professional contacts. Messages cover scheduling and availability, confirming appointment or meeting times, relaying messages from Michael, reminders Michael asked Jarvis to send, and replies to questions the contact asked. Volume is low, typically a few messages per person per week. No marketing or promotional content, no purchased, rented or shared lists, no lead generation, and no restricted content. Every message identifies the sender as "Jarvis, Chief of Staff to Michael DePappa". STOP and HELP are handled automatically, and every number is checked against the opt-in and opt-out list before any text is sent.
Joining it
Two opt-in methods, both shown in the attached screenshot. Nobody is texted until they opt in by one of them. No purchased, imported or third-party lists. METHOD 1, WEB FORM: 1) Michael shares https://jarvisdial.com with family, friends and contacts. 2) On the "Ask Michael for the Jarvis line" form they enter their name and mobile number. 3) They may tick an optional, unchecked box reading: "I agree to receive text messages from Jarvis, Chief of Staff to Michael DePappa, at the number above about scheduling, messages and follow-ups. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of anything." with links to the Privacy Policy and Terms. 4) Only a ticked box with a mobile number records an opt-in (number, name, date and time, method: web form). Requests without the box ticked are never texted. 5) Jarvis's first text to them is the confirmation below. METHOD 2, TEXT THE LINE FIRST: 1) Michael personally gives his assistant's number, +1 727-592-5622, to family, friends and contacts. 2) They text START (or a question) to it from their own phone. 3) The number, date and time, method (texted line) and first message are recorded automatically. 4) START gets the confirmation right away. CONFIRMATION: "Jarvis, Chief of Staff to Michael DePappa: you're opted in to texts about scheduling, messages & follow-ups. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Every number is checked against the opt-in and opt-out list before any text is sent. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT immediately adds the number to the opt-out list, with one final reply: "Jarvis, Chief of Staff to Michael DePappa: you're unsubscribed and won't get more texts. Reply START to rejoin." HELP or INFO replies with contact info ([email protected]) and STOP instructions.
Messages are sent from +17275925622. Only join with a number that is yours.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — those are your mobile carrier's charges, not ours.
Leaving it
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to any message and the program stops texting you. Reply HELP, INFO for help.
Delivery
A message can arrive late or not at all for reasons nobody here controls — a carrier problem, no coverage, a phone that is switched off. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
What is collected, and who it is shared with, is set out in Michael DePappa's SMS privacy notice alongside this page.
