About Dial
The telecom stack was built for humans. Dial rebuilds it for AI agents.
What we're building
Dial gives an AI agent its own real phone identity — a number it controls to place and receive voice calls, send and receive SMS, and message over WhatsApp — through a single REST API, MCP server, CLI, or SDK. Provision a number in seconds, and every channel arrives on one unified webhook.
Agents increasingly need to act in the real world: verifying with an SMS code, calling a vendor, or replying on WhatsApp. The existing telecom stack assumes a human is holding the phone. Dial is the layer that gives agents a first-class communication identity of their own — the idea we set out in our ACES whitepaper.
Who builds Dial
Dial is built by Genway— Genway Inc (Delaware, USA) and Genway Israel Ltd — with a team across San Francisco and Tel Aviv. We care about clean primitives, honest pricing, and treating agents as first-class users of the communication network.
